As the story unfolds, Wang’s legendary one-armed martial arts master finds himself caught in a thrilling game of survival against Fung Sheng Wu Chi, a formidable blind assassin who wields the dreaded “flying guillotine.” This sinister device, resembling a hat with a razor-sharp edge attached to a long chain, is designed for swift and lethal decapitations. With the memory of his fallen Tibetan lama friends still haunting him from the previous installment, the One-Armed Boxer receives an invitation to a prestigious martial arts tournament, further complicating his desire for a quiet life.

However, his plans to remain under the radar are thwarted when the relentless assassin tracks him down, aided by a trio of lethal accomplices: a Thai boxer, a yoga master, and a skilled kobojutsu practitioner. In a bid to outsmart his opponents, the One-Armed Boxer devises an assortment of ingenious traps to dismantle their deadly efforts. Yet, Fung Sheng Wu Chi proves to be a slippery target, utilizing his cohorts to seek out one-armed individuals before launching his attacks.

In a clever maneuver, the One-Armed Boxer cleverly employs bamboo poles as diversionary tools, luring the blind assassin into a series of misguided assaults that effectively disarm his lethal weapon. As the sharp edges of the flying guillotine become inoperative, the One-Armed Boxer transforms a coffin-maker’s shop into a complex ambush site. Ultimately, he faces Fung Sheng Wu Chi in an intense duel, where he triumphs and renders the assassin’s notorious flying guillotine utterly ineffective.
