Lee Jung-do, a skilled black belt in taekwondo, kendo, and judo, divides his time between indulging in video games with his geeky friends and working as a delivery rider at his father’s fried chicken restaurant. One day, after making a delivery, he assists probation officer Cho Min-jo in subduing a dangerous parolee who has violated the terms of his release. As a result of his bravery, probation department head Kim Seon-min persuades Jung-do to join the ranks as a “martial arts officer.” This role involves utilizing his martial arts skills to manage aggressive probation violators, and Seon-min quickly becomes both a mentor and a close friend to Jung-do, who begins to see him as a big brother. Through this partnership, Jung-do develops a profound sense of justice.

Their first major assignment involves keeping tabs on notorious child abuser Kang Ki-jung, recently released on parole. Despite their vigilance, Ki-jung reunites with his accomplice Han Byung-soon and meets with a dark web pornographer, Kim Min-wook, who commissions him to create child exploitation content. The situation escalates when a young girl is kidnapped by the trio, and to complicate matters further, Seon-min, Min-jo, and Jung-do are lured into separate locations by a deceptive distraction, leading to a deadly ambush from former parolees seeking revenge. Tragically, Min-jo loses his life in this attack, and Seon-min suffers a severe neck injury, while Jung-do narrowly escapes.

Realizing that Ki-jung and Byung-soon are hiding in a basement, Jung-do confronts them despite his injuries, managing to rescue the kidnapped girl. With Seon-min recuperating in the hospital, Jung-do gathers his friends to track down the pair. They successfully locate Min-wook, who provides critical information regarding a debit card he had given to Ki-jung. Armed with this lead, Jung-do and his friends successfully corner Ki-jung and Byung-soon at a restaurant. In a fierce showdown, Jung-do defeats Byung-soon and emerges victorious against Ki-jung in one final confrontation. Their efforts are recognized, and both Jung-do and Seon-min return to their duties as dedicated probation officers, ready to uphold justice.
