In a not-so-distant future, Japan's government launches PLAN 75, a program that eerily encourages the elderly to terminate their lives, alleviating the nation's rapidly aging population's burdens. As three ordinary citizens' paths intersect, they confront the harsh reality of a world ready to discard those deemed no longer valuable. A poignant tale unfolds as Michi, a 78-year-old woman, Himoru, a young salesman, and Maria, a care worker, reevaluate their lives in this dystopian landscape.
