Sabaya 2021

In Syria's treacherous Al-Hol refugee camp, a small band of brave volunteers, including Mahmud, Ziyad, and their female allies, embark on perilous midnight missions to rescue Yazidi women and girls held captive by ISIS as "sabaya" sex slaves. As they navigate the tense environment, we're granted a glimpse into both the harrowing camp life and the warmth of home, where loved ones tend to the traumatized survivors.
