Within the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, a unique tradition unfolds: the annual Rodeo. A group of female inmates find camaraderie and a sense of liberation as they train for the event, which has been a prison tradition since 1940. Each woman carries a personal history of hardship, including broken families and struggles with addiction, but finds a moment of triumph and soaring spirits while riding wild broncs and bucking bulls.
