The story unfolds in a medieval kingdom governed by a King and his Queen, who are parents to two daughters: the Princess and her younger sister Violet. With the Queen’s quiet support, the Princess has been trained in combat by Linh (played by Thanh Van Ngo), the niece of Khai, a trusted advisor to the King. Due to the absence of male heirs, the King has arranged for the Princess to marry Julius, a merciless son of a royal diplomat who openly despises the King’s peaceful ruling style, believing that only a “strong” king can maintain order.

However, the Princess defies her fate and leaves Julius at the altar. In retaliation, Julius, along with his sadistic henchwoman Moira and a group of mercenaries, stages a violent coup, seizing the castle and taking the royal family captive. The Princess finds herself trapped in the tallest tower of the castle, awaiting the forced marriage to Julius. When two mercenaries break in with malicious intentions, she outsmarts them, kills them, and embarks on a brave quest to rescue her family.

As she navigates the castle, the Princess confronts numerous mercenaries, igniting a fierce battle. Julius and Moira soon realize she has escaped and deploy their men in pursuit. In a twist of fate, the Princess reunites with Linh, who has managed to flee the chaos unleashed upon the castle, and they join forces to combat their adversaries. Their journey takes them towards the sewers, but they encounter Moira, forcing Linh to stay behind and delay her.

Having freed her family, the Princess faces a new challenge when they are recaptured and brought before Julius. Despite her resistance, he opts to marry Violet to solidify his claim to the throne. In a desperate act of defiance, the Princess is thrown into a nearby lake to drown, but she survives and sneaks back into the castle. Reuniting with Linh and Violet, the trio arm themselves with weapons hidden away in a secret storeroom.

A fierce confrontation ensues as the Princess and Linh take on the mercenaries, while Violet seeks to free Khai. Unfortunately, Violet’s efforts lead to her capture. In a climactic showdown, Linh is injured while facing Julius, but the Princess manages to vanquish Moira and challenges Julius to a duel. As she lies weakened before him, she seizes the moment, wresting his sword from his grip, delivering a fatal blow.

In recognition of her unwavering strength and commitment, the King finally acknowledges the Princess as his heir, enacting a decree that allows women in their kingdom the freedom to choose their paths in life.
