Plot Summary

In this sidesplitting comedy, Val Kilmer (Nick Rivers) embodies the quintessential ’50s rockstar - a charming, carefree, and musically inclined heartthrob. Nick’s character is an homage to the likes of Elvis Presley, The Beach Boys, The Big Bopper, Buddy Holly, and any other iconic rocker from that era.

When Nick receives an invitation to perform at East Germany’s most prestigious musical festival, he finds himself caught up in a whirlwind of excitement and intrigue. Unbeknownst to him, the festival is merely a ruse for a sinister plot by “Nazi” agents seeking to distract NATO nations while they pursue their true goal of global domination.

As Nick becomes embroiled in this web of espionage, he meets Hillary (Lucy Gutteridge), a stunning young woman who is secretly part of the French Resistance operating within East Germany. Joining her are a motley crew of rebels, including Chocolate Mousse (Eddie Tagoe) and Deja Vu (Jim Carter), each with their own brand of eccentricity.

Nick’s adventures take a turn for the worse when he finds himself behind bars, prompting a series of slapstick attempts to escape. Eventually, he is released to perform at the festival, where his heart may be broken by Hillary’s rekindled romance with her ex, Nigel (Christopher Villiers), who returns sporting an oiled six-pack and a loin cloth.

As tensions escalate, Nick must decide whether to lend his musical talents to the resistance or focus on saving the day through sheer dumb luck. Will he win Hillary’s heart while crooning hits like “Tuttie Fruttie”? Can he outwit the nefarious forces seeking to disrupt the festival? And will his over-the-top antics ultimately lead to a side-splitting rescue mission?
