The night that Ashish Kapoor falls from the cliff is anything but a suicide. While the storm rages, the guests discover that a hidden trapdoor beneath the balcony led Ashish to a secret ledge at the bottom of the cliff, where he staged his own death. He hoped to disappear while the authorities—especially CBI officer Mira Rao—were distracted by the murder investigation.

Mira soon learns that the real motive behind the chaos is a briefcase full of cash and documents that Ashish intends to use for his fresh start. The briefcase is first seen in the hands of Tanmay, the event manager who is actually a news reporter seeking a scoop, and his accomplice Gigi, a former TV journalist posing as Ryan’s girlfriend. Both plan to smuggle the case out of the castle in Ryan’s car.

As Mira interrogates the remaining guests, alliances crumble. Kay, a quiet guest who has been watching everyone, discovers the trapdoor and realizes Ashish is alive. She confronts Sanjay, a man who carries potassium‑based medication that could be turned into poison, and kills him in a desperate scramble for the briefcase.
