Bryce Dallas Howard (born March 2, 1981), is an acclaimed American actress and director. Born as the eldest child of esteemed filmmaker, Ron Howard, she studied acting at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Howard started her career with a noticeable performance of Rosalind in As You Like It (2003) which marked her entry into cinema universe after being spotted by M. Night Shyamalan.

Her big breakthrough came in the form of Kenneth Branagh's romance film As You Like It (2006) that earned her a Golden Globe Award nomination. Furthermore, she appeared as Gwen Stacy in Sam Raimi's superhero film Spider-Man 3 (2007) and the mega-hit Jurassic World trilogy(2015–2022). Howard also directed a documentary film, Dads (2019), and episodes of Disney+ series The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett thus exhibiting versatility in her craft. She completed her degree in 2020, almost 20 years after she left it to pursue acting roles.
