Frankie Muniz, an American actor and professional stock car racing driver, is most recognized for his role as the title character in the Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle (2000-2006), earning him Emmy and Golden Globe nominations. Among his movie credits are Deuces Wild (2002), Big Fat Liar (2002), Agent Cody Banks (2003), and Racing Stripes (2005). Muniz is known for being one of the most popular child actors and 'one of Hollywood's most bankable teens' by 2003. Apart from acting, Muniz pursued an open-wheel racing career in 2008 and competed in the Atlantic Championship. He returned to racing in 2021 and joined Rette Jones Racing for a full season in the ARCA Menards Series in 2023, finishing 4th. Currently, he competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In his personal life, Muniz was born on December 5, 1985, in New Jersey to nurse Denise and restaurateur Francisco Muñiz III. His family moves around frequently, but he found his love for acting at the age of eight at a talent show in Raleigh, North Carolina. From the sixth grade onwards, he was home-schooled by his mother.
