Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London 2004

As Agent Cody Banks descends upon what seems to be a peaceful summer camp, he stumbles upon a secret training facility dedicated to youth CIA agents. This newcomer agent finds himself unexpectedly drawn into a high-stakes mission when a group of soldiers attempts to capture Victor Diaz, the camp’s head counselor. Mistakenly believing he’s merely participating in a training drill, Cody leaps into action and aids Diaz in his escape, only to discover that Diaz has pilfered sensitive disks containing blueprints for a sinister mind-control device.

The CIA Director (Lauren Weedman) informs Cody about the seriousness of the situation, directing him to recapture Diaz.
