**Jean Reno**, a Spanish-French actor, was born as Juan Moreno y Herrera-Jiménez on 30th July 1948. His considerable body of work spans different languages and industries having worked in American, French, English, Japanese, Spanish and Italian movie productions. Reno's key appearances are in films like Crimson Rivers, Godzilla, The Da Vinci Code, Mission: Impossible, Ronin, Les Visiteurs, Wasabi, The Big Blue, Hector and the Search for Happiness, La Femme Nikita, and Léon: The Professional. Juan Moreno y Herrera-Jiménez was born in Casablanca, French Morocco to Spanish parents. Raised Catholic and multilingual, Reno moved to France at the age of 17 and adopted the French version of his name, Jean. His career began to thrive when he started working with film director Luc Besson, the pair getting to work together in critically and commercially successful films including The Big Blue and Léon: The Professional.
