**Manuel García-Rulfo Lapuente**, born on February 25, 1981, is a renowned Mexican actor known for his charismatic roles in both films and television. He stepped into the limelight with his portrayal of *Mickey Haller* in the Lincoln Lawyer TV series, and his performances in films such as 'Cake' and 'Bless Me, Ultima'. His acting skills also shone through in the television program 'From Dusk till Dawn: The Series'. Notably, García-Rulfo was part of the ensemble cast in the 2016 remake of the iconic film 'The Magnificent Seven'. Born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, García-Rulfo spent his early days on a ranch, where he acquired horse-riding skills. He pursued a major in communications at Universidad del Valle de Atemajac before realizing his true passion for filmmaking. His journey took him to the New York Film Academy, but he eventually returned to Mexico to escalate his acting career. Commencing his Hollywood journey with 'Bless Me, Ultima', in which he played Uncle Pedro, García-Rulfo soon secured a place for himself with his talent. In 2016, he embraced the character of the outlaw Vasquez in 'The Magnificent Seven', a role that demanded gun training and led to some hilarious on-set moments. A year later, he starred in Kenneth Branagh's adaptation of 'Murder on the Orient Express', playing Biniamino Marquez. In a significant development in 2021, García-Rulfo replaced Logan Marshall-Green as Mickey Haller in the TV adaptation of 'The Lincoln Lawyer' to be aired on Netflix. He has bagged a role in the forthcoming Jurassic Park franchise, 'Jurassic World Rebirth'.
