The film intricately narrates the life of Casanovva, a renowned billionaire playboy who owns Casanovva’s Eternal Spring, a highly successful international chain of flower boutiques. He is surrounded by a devoted circle of female admirers, including his staff, friends, and even former lovers, who are eager to cater to his every whim and desire, presenting a unique façade of charm and allure. However, amidst this glamorous life, a thrilling plot begins to unfold as a robbery is conducted by four cunning criminals: Alexi, Salim, Arjun, and Kiran. In a twist of fate, Casanovva recognizes these individuals but chooses to let them blend in, all part of a larger, strategic plan he devises. The film takes an unexpected turn during the wedding ceremony eagerly anticipated by many. Casanovva, leveraging his connections with a television channel, orchestrates a live telecast designed to capture the criminals in the act of their heist; however, unexpected circumstances force a postponement of the wedding. Undeterred, and ever the mastermind, Casanovva pivots and launches a new reality show titled FALL IN LOVE, intending to exploit the chaos for entertainment while attempting to lead the robbers into a unique romantic entanglement with two women, Hanna and Ann Mary.

As the plot progresses, Hanna, who is unwittingly caught up in this bold scheme, finds herself attracted to one of the young robbers, thanks to mischievous words from Casanovva, who uses his charisma and cunning to kindle these feelings. Tensions rise as the four robbers attempt to steal a symbolic sword, only to be interrupted by a masked Casanovva, showcasing his quick thinking and heroics. Meanwhile, the FALL IN LOVE show garners unexpected fame, leading to complications for characters like Ann Mary, the robbers, and Hanna. Years prior, Casanovva journeyed to Dubai, where his charisma attracted many admirers, including Sameera Zacharia, the daughter of a magazine reporter who chronicles Casanovva’s escapades. Their initial friendship blossoms into complicated emotions as Casanovva, embroiled in his flirtatious lifestyle, neglects Sameera—who becomes enamored with him during what was intended to be a friendship. Upon returning to Dubai the following year, a possessive Sameera feigns a romantic relationship to ignite jealousy in Casanovva, making him realize that his feelings for her are more profound than he previously thought. However, fate takes a tragic turn during a festival when they are caught up in chaos involving the four robbers, culminating in a heartbreaking outcome that haunts Casanovva.
