Beth Conner, a 17-year-old vegan goth student at Henenlotter High School in England, finds herself stuck in a bizarre and often horrifying loop. The school, which has a troubling history of violence, is about to host a twisted event called the “All You Can Eat Massacre”, where the prize is either pulling off a school shooting or a suicide—an unsettling contest that sets the tone for the chaos to come.

Beth’s life takes a dark turn when she develops a fascination with death and fantasy, repeatedly trying to wake up in a romantic comedy instead of the horror reality she faces, only to wake up in increasingly disturbing low-budget horror movies. The school introduces a new American headmaster, Mr. Sawyer, who gained notoriety for stopping the infamous Reams for Less Massacre. His disturbing idea of an event where students and staff can shoot up the school or take their own lives adds a bizarre layer of violence and chaos, unsettling everyone involved. Alongside him comes Miss Campbell, an American teacher played by Charlie Bond, who quickly becomes the object of Beth’s affection.

The chaos escalates when Beth is harassed by Ethan Rembrandt, a popular student played by Alexander J Skinner. During an altercation in class, Beth bites Ethan’s finger off and develops a taste for human flesh, leading to a series of gruesome and surprising events. Beth’s father, Mark Conner, and her stepmother, Frankie Sullivan, try to mediate, inviting Ethan over to “settle things.” However, Ethan has sinister intentions—he attempts to drug Beth, but she outsmarts him and ends up eating him instead. Meanwhile, Miss Campbell is seduced by Clyde Toulon, the school’s Human Resources representative and [Sawyer]’s best friend. Their encounter turns violent when Campbell bites off Clyde’s penis and decapitates him in a shocking display of her own dark nature.

Meanwhile, Clarissa, the ruthless leader of The Mean Girls, schemes to sabotage the massacre so she can emerge as the winner and have the chance to target the outcasts of Henenlotter High—including Beth. The school’s chaos reaches a climax when Beth discovers a horrifying secret: she, her family, and Campbell are part of a cannibalistic cult that previously ate her mother. When they try to turn on her, Beth fights back fiercely, killing Frankie and her father before pursuing Campbell.

Beth’s vengeance culminates at the school, where she directly confronts Campbell, kills her, and serves her as part of the All You Can Eat Massacre, a bizarre event hosted by boxing promoter [The Midnight Rose] that features a grotesque feast. Beth’s cannibalistic heritage gives her an advantage, and she wins the massacre. Driven by the chaos around her—the firing of Sawyer, Clyde’s death, and betrayal by Deetz—Justin A. Martell’s Beth then shoots [Sawyer] before he can do more damage, killing him after he offers her his respect.

In a shocking conclusion, Beth wins the massacre and appears to wake up in a romantic comedy, suggesting she has escaped her nightmare. However, her relief is short-lived when she finds Ethan’s severed head in her fridge, and Campbell’s voice taunts her, hinting that a sequel is on the horizon. This dark twist leaves Beth trapped once again in a surreal world where she despises the low-budget horror movies that continue to define her existence.
