When the world powers blame Russia and China for Neptune’s digital exploits, Memory’s (Neptune’s) brother Innocent stumbles upon the hidden community, reuniting with his sister briefly before departing once more.

Innocent’s subsequent encounter with Neptune - marked by a violent reaction upon discovering their gender - leaves scars that linger until Memory compassionately rebukes him for his past transgression. She implores him to leave Neptune in peace and dissuades any further interaction. Alas, Innocent has already been followed by a drone, which ultimately exposes the Unanimous Goldmine’s existence to the world.

As the community crumbles beneath an explosion’s devastation, Neptune miraculously survives, having been away at the time of execution. With their digital presence still resonating globally, they project and reveal themselves to the world before the film concludes.
