Mikey enjoys his Halloween candy while Kyle, the boyfriend of Mikey’s babysitter Lizzy, shares a chilling urban legend called “Sweet Tooth.” The story dates back 15 years to a time when a boy named Timmy Blake found himself in a grim situation. His parents prohibited him from eating the candy he collected on Halloween. In a moment of desperation, Timmy sneaked downstairs only to discover that his parents were secretly consuming his stash as an aphrodisiac. This revelation ignited a violent rage within him; in a fit of madness, he ended his parents’ lives, and his very first taste of candy sparked an insatiable sweet tooth that would haunt the town. With an unquenchable thirst for confectioneries, Timmy resorted to a horrifying act—he cut open his parents to feast on the candy they ingested. Now, the malevolent spirit of Timmy, known as “Sweet Tooth,” returns on Halloween to claim any candy, even that which has already been consumed. In an effort to protect himself, Mikey places a candy bar on the floor of his room before bed, hoping to appease the ghost. However, Sweet Tooth soon appears, gruesomely murdering Kyle and Lizzy before extracting their stomachs for candy. As Mikey hides under his bed, Sweet Tooth approaches to claim its prize. The horror doesn’t end there; when Lt. Brandt-Mathis and her husband Alex return home, they find chaos, and Mikey is quick to inform them that Sweet Tooth is the malevolent force behind the carnage.

Meanwhile, in another dark tale, Billy Thompson, dressed as a masked devil, is pressured by his older sister Britney’s boyfriend Todd to vandalize Mr. Abbadon’s house with eggs. However, things take a sinister turn when Abbadon catches Billy and pulls him inside, promising to teach him the true essence of Halloween mischief. Together, they embark on a night filled with merciless pranks throughout the town. But, as the night unfolds, it becomes clear that Billy was left tied up while Abbadon actually took an alternate route with a diminutive devil named Mordecai. Upon his release, police confront Billy at gunpoint, holding him accountable for the havoc caused by Mordecai’s unholy deeds.

In a chilling turn of events, James, Maria, Catlyn, and Nelson decide to watch “Night of the Living Dead” while trick-or-treaters knock on their door. Their evening quickly morphs into a nightmare when a young girl, disguised as a witch, brutally stabs Nelson. The horror escalates as Maria is overwhelmed and murdered by a gang of children when she ventures outside for the car. James faces a gruesome fate as he is set ablaze, forced to choke on poison. Catlyn’s desperate attempt to hide leads her to discover a shocking scene: a girl bound and tortured. The tables turn as the captive girl is freed by the other children, who exact revenge on Catlyn for their suffered torment.

This haunting anthology continues as Alice, Isaac, and Bart engage in the distressing act of bullying a cowboy-clad boy, only to find themselves pursued by a stranger donned in demonic attire. This stranger, claiming to represent a force that spills the blood of the wicked, turns the tides as the trio attempts to harm him. However, they soon discover the stranger is none other than Jimmy Henson, a victim of their childhood cruelty when they caused his family tragic harm. As they confront Jimmy, the enigmatic Demon of All Hallow’s Eve is summoned to deliver their comeuppance.

In another eerie narrative, Lynn learns about the legend of Mary Bailey during her mother’s Halloween party. Armed with newfound knowledge, Lynn finds herself racing away from a spectral figure that appears to be Mary Bailey. Just when she thinks she has found safety at home, the apparition reemerges, leaving Lynn in a state of terror.

Ding Dong” delves deep into a woman’s bitter struggle with infertility. Bobbie, possessed by a demon, unleashes her fury on her husband Jack as he complies with her eccentric demands, prompting a dark twist when Jack admits to a secret vasectomy. As Bobbie grapples with her overwhelming desire to parent, she is not only haunted by her inner demons but takes drastic measures, causing Jack to confront a horrific fate.

The competition escalates in “This Means War,” where Boris and his neighbor Dante engage in a fierce rivalry to create the most jaw-dropping Halloween display. As the spectacle unfolds, it spirals out of control, culminating in a battle that leads to both men’s accidental demise.

In a wildly imaginative twist, a woman dressed as Dorothy meets her fate at the hands of a warped maniac. When a UFO intervenes, the line between horror and comedy blurs, resulting in a surreal showdown marked by limb-severing chaos.

Adding to the unnatural terror, bank robbers Hank and Dutch kidnap a boy named Rusty, only to discover he may not be what he seems. As it turns out, Rusty is a monstrous imp who escapes during the ransom negotiation. After multiple escapades, the duo realizes they’d captured someone who was never truly Jebediah Rex’s son, as Rusty had actually trick-or-treated at their door five years ago. In a shocking turn of events, Rusty exacts revenge for his mistreatment in a macabre finale.

Lastly, Ellen Bishop’s horror unfolds when her husband Ray falls victim to a sentient jack o’ lantern, a creature that grows monstrous tentacles and escapes, leading to a frantic investigation headed by Detective McNally.
