Navy SEAL Jake Harris is given a vital assignment following the devastating attack on the black site in Poland: he must personally accompany terrorist suspect Amin Mansur to Washington, D.C., for a thorough interrogation. But as the complicated process of transferring the prisoner progresses, they are forced to land at an unnamed civilian airport in Baltimore (later known as “Washington/Baltimore Airport”) rather than their planned secure military landing site, Andrews Air Force Base. When a large group of highly skilled and heavily armed mercenaries launch a vicious attack on the unprepared airport grounds, mayhem results.

The airport is overrun by the mercenaries, who also take control of the gate and CCD cameras. They need the information that Mansur has, so they can not murder him. After hiding in the airport terminals, Mansur, his wife, and Jake reach the spot where Mulholland and his men are. Mansur’s wife is a doctor who treats people’s injuries.

Marshall may be the mole, according to Lomax, because he was not in Poland at the time of the initial attack. But then a video of Lomax speaking Arabic appears, proving that she is indeed the mole. Additionally, she is the voice on the phone that Mansur recognizes as his handler.

Mansur is soon taken prisoner by the mercenaries, and Jake collapses unconscious down the stairs. When she shoots Marshall in the head, he is also apprehended and declares that he was correct to believe that Lomax had betrayed the nation. Lomax outlines her strategy: if the threat is radioactive, all DOD and NSA leaders congregate in one location, so she can access all defenses by taking their fingerprints and bio metric information. Therefore, this was a ploy to seize control of the US strategic defense rather than a true act of terror.

Mansur is tortured by Lomax in order to obtain the serial number of the radioactive material container. After waking up, Jake poses as one of the mercenaries and murders a few more of them. He even kidnaps Mansur’s wife and gives her to Lomax. Before Mansur provides the container’s number, she threatens to strike the wife. Mansur is asked to read a speech in which he discusses retaliating against America for its war against the Arabs. Mansur then dies in his wife’s arms after being shot by Lomax. Jake releases the wife and disarms the mercenaries.

Jake informs Mulholland about Lomax over the phone following a shootout. When soldiers show up, they arrest Lomax.
