**Benjamin Joseph Schwartz** was born on September 15, 1981, in The Bronx, New York City, to a Jewish family. He acquired fame as an established American actor and comedian, recognized most notably for his appearance as Jean-Ralphio Saperstein on the popular NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation. This role garnished him substantial recognition, paving the way for more prominent roles such as Clyde Oberholt in the Showtime series House of Lies. Schwartz's voice acting talent is yet another feather in his cap, delivering memorable performances as distinct characters, including Randy Cunningham in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Dewey Duck in DuckTales, and Leonardo in Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
