
29th British Academy Film Awards 1976
The 29th British Academy Film Awards, commonly known as the BAFTAs, took place on 17 March 1976 at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The ceremony honored the best national and foreign films of 1975 and was presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts. Martin Scorsese's Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore emerged as a major winner, while Al Pacino and Fred Astaire also received top honors.
