Who played the character Kabir Nayak in Double Dhamaal?
After enduring a significant financial loss due to a scam orchestrated by a police officer, Kabir Nayak (Sanjay Dutt) finds himself entwined with four aimless friends: Aditya Shrivastav (Arshad Warsi), Boman Contractor (Aashish Chaudhary), Manav Shrivastav (Javed Jaffrey), and Deshbandhu Roy (Ritesh Deshmukh). Unemployed and broke, the group attempts various futile scams in hopes of rebuilding their finances.
Their fortunes seem to shift when they cross paths with Kabir, who is now living a lavish life alongside his wife, Kamini (Mallika Sherawat), and sister, Kiya (Kangana Ranaut). To their astonishment, Kabir appears to have squandered the stolen money he was supposed to donate to the orphanage they supported together.
Kabir, having recently enlisted four new business partners for an ambitious project, rejects the slackers’ desperate plea to join him. However, upon uncovering that Kabir’s wealth stems from his affluent wife and his extramarital affair with a woman named Gulabo, the four men devise a scheme to blackmail him into accepting them as partners.
But what the slackers don’t realize is that this situation is actually a well-orchestrated con by Kabir, Kamini, and Kiya. They pretend to discover an oil reserve on a desolate land in Mumbai and trick the slackers into bringing in Bata Bhai (Satish Kaushik), a gangster turned sadhu, as an investor willing to put in 250 Crores for a 50% stake in this non-existent venture. Seeking to gain respect outside his usual criminal activities, Bata Bhai is eager to diversify his income and manages to procure the investment.
Once the funds are secured, Kabir, Kamini, and Kiya make a hasty escape from Mumbai, revealed to be exploiting land that belongs to the BMC. Deceived and humiliated, the four slackers find themselves on the run from an enraged Bata Bhai, and with the help of a gangster named Mohsin Bhai (Zakir Hussain), whom they save from the police, they flee to Macau.
In Macau, Kabir has established himself as the proprietor of the ‘Four Jokers’ Casino and requires 1000 Crores in deposits to kick off a no-limits gambling promotion for New Year’s Night. The slackers attempt to infiltrate his operation: Aditya poses as head of security, Ghanta Singh, while Deshbandhu masquerades as a Jamaican investor, Thukiya, aiming to charm Kiya. Meanwhile, Boman inadvertently creates chaos dressed as a gorilla, which infuriates Kiya, who is also caught in Deshbandhu’s foolishly romantic web.
As Kiya announces her affection for Thukiya, much to Kabir’s chagrin, she defies him and decides to marry Thukiya. To heighten the tension, they feign an assassination attempt on Thukiya by staging a hit-man episode during their honeymoon. In a twist, the slackers manage to drug Kabir and convince Kamini that he has cheated with Barbara Gori, further driving a wedge between Kabir and his family.
Ultimately, their plan backfires spectacularly. Kabir unveils his own cunning plan, revealing that he had orchestrated their arrival in Macau with Mohsin’s assistance. With incriminating evidence of their theft of the 1000 Crores, he turns the tables once again, leaving the slackers in peril as he walks away unscathed, while the true investor comes after them to recoup his lost funds.
